MY STORY

I'm a New Orleans native who since a very young age developed a love for cooking. As a child I would always stand at a distance and watch my  grandmother's as she cooked holiday meals for the family, from red beans and rice to okra gumbo. That love and passion has blossomed into a long career in the culinary world, l moved on the attain an Culinary arts and Hospitality Administration degree, this includes 3 Gold Medals in the Culinary arts, ranked top 10 competing in National Competitions 3 times. I'm a personal chef here to share that same love, inspiration and dedication with every event. The food I prepare is classical, innovating, bold and balanced.
